BMW Sliding into frame

My goal with this project was to create a realistic looking car that you would see in a commercial. The image below was created in Maya with a model that I downloaded off the internet.

The complex shader setups were created using Vray from within Maya and a combination of the standard Vray Material and the Blend Material. The Car Paint Material I found to be too long in terms of render times and the final result.

I rendered out various passes to give me complete control. Included in these were reflection, refraction, specular, diffuse, AO, shadow, self-illumination, RGB mattes and a z-depth pass.
